The CTF in Pokhara has transformed the waste management landscape and significantly contributed to the local economy. The facility offers trainings, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), vaccinations, and regular medical check-ups to its employees. The facility's success is a testament to how public-private partnerships can address urgent issues and create long-lasting positive impacts on both the community and the environment The approach has positioned Pokhara as a model for effective HCWM.
